The Nigeria’s Federal Government, through the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC) has increased the price of petrol in the country.
According to a disclosed memo from the PPMC on Wednesday, signed by D.O Abalaka, the newly ajusted price of petrol in Nigeria is N151.56 per litre.
The new price era takes effect from September 2, 2020, the statement added.
According to the statement on the memo, it stated;
“Please be informed that a new product price adjustment has been effected on our payment platform.”
“To this end, the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) is now one hundred and fifty-one naira, fifty-six kobo (N151.56k) per litre.
